Privacy Policy

This site, realtorgunnar.com, belongs to Gunnar Conley, a licensed real estate broker with Upside Properties. This page explains what information the site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you fill out the contact form or call, text, or email, we receive what you share, such as your name, email, phone number, and message. Messages sent through the contact form go directly into Follow Up Boss, our client management system.
• Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe, your first name and email address are stored with our email provider, Kit, so we can send the newsletter.
• Basic site usage. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard technical information like pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. We use it to keep the site fast and secure and to see which pages are helpful. It does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and help with your real estate plans
• To send the newsletter you signed up for
• To keep a record of our conversations in our client management system, Follow Up Boss
• To improve this site

We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers named here that help us run the site and stay in touch with you, or when the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
